How do you ship instruments and accessories?
With over a decade of experience shipping fine instruments domestically and internationally, we ensure all items are packed securely with bridge protectors and professional materials so they arrive ready to play.
What are your shipping rates?
Rates vary by product and shipping speed and apply to the contiguous United States only. International shipping quotes are available by emailing info@prierviolins.com.
What is your return policy?
Instruments and bows may be returned within 14 days. All other items within 30 days. Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging.
Do you offer trade-in credit?
Yes, select instruments and bows previously purchased from PP&S may be traded in for credit toward the same instrument type, minus reconditioning fees.
How is my information handled?
Customer information is used only to process orders and provide services. We do not sell personal data.
